DESCRIPTION:Can leather Pups turn new tricks? Find out this Saturday at the MEM Pup Show\, a fundraiser for Love Doesn’t Hurt. Pups will strut their stuff in an obstacle course\, best sit pretty\, and best look all while vying for the coveted Best In Show award. Join the Blue Suede Sisters and HOIST at The Pumping Station for a night of canine companionship and Pup play. $10 entry to the west patio. $5 to compete. \nContest details: \nAgility: Pups will zigzag through cones\, spin three (3) times\, head down\, around a pole\, balance a bully stick on their muzzle for five (5) seconds\, spin three (3) more times around the pole\, and zigzag through the cones back to the starting line. Fastest course time will determine the category winner. \nTraining: Pups will walk across the arena\, pose in their best “sit pretty”\, and return to the starting line. Pups will be judged on the following criteria: gait\, pose\, and attitude. Handlers are welcome but will not affect the score. \nGrooming: Pups will show off their best Pup look. Pups will walk across the arena to the announcer who will ask them about their favorite Pup things (food\, toys\, places to go\, etc.). Pups may respond by barking or speaking. Pups will be judged on the following criteria: style\, personality\, and response to the question. Handlers are welcome but will not affect the score. \nOne winner will be awarded in each category. The overall top scorer will be awarded Best In Show.
